The stars were out on Sunday night as Jane Lynch hosted the VH1 Do Something Awards. Among the honorees for the evening was One Tree Hill star Sophia Bush, who has been active in her support of environmental issues.
Bush stopped to chat with The Hollywood Reporter on the blue carpet, where she dished on why fighting climate change is so important and what’s to come on the final season of One Tree Hill.
“The sort of passion comes in for me because I see everything as being so interconnected,” she explained. “I fight for the environment because we only have one planet, but I see how the environment affects poverty and how the environment affects women around the world.
