Robert Buckley has had many ups and downs playing sports agent Clay on "One Tree Hill." But now that he's back in the good graces of Nathan (James Lafferty) and has found love with Quinn (Shantel VanSanten), could anything possibly go wrong for the guy?
As it turns out, it sure can. And not just for Clay, but for a few other of the characters on the show, too. "Right now, I know that Julian and Brooke are certainly not out of the woods yet. They're still struggling," Robert tells Hollywood Crush. "Clay just caught wind of some stuff. He's about to find himself in another tight spot, in another jam. He has a knack for finding the drama."
For Clay, Robert continues, "it would be nice to go a couple weeks without a huge career downfall and massive emotional breakdown, but I don’t think Clay's out of the woods just yet. I don’t think he's done getting settled in past all the troubles yet."
And as if that wasn't enough of a tease, Robert threw this juicy tidbit our way: "There's a huge drama that affects almost all the characters, so everyone has a healthy dose of drama." We, of course, digged for more info, but our #4 Hump Day Hottie of 2009 wouldn't budge. "Well, without giving away too much," he hints, "someone's gonna lose a loved one. I know that's very vague and mysterious…" Yes sir it is!
Using the miniscule clues from Mr. Buckley, we've deducted that this death has to fall upon the how-in-the-world-is-he-not-dead-yet (paging: heart eating dog) Dan Scott (Paul Johansson) or Haley and Quinn's sister Taylor (Lindsey Mckeon), who thanks to IMDB, we've noticed will be appearing in Tree Hill again starting with Monday's mid-season premiere.
