- Lydia will be a year or so old in season nine
- Jude and Davis will be like 6-8 months.
- They arent really doing much of a time jump from the season finale to the season nine premier.
- We see more of Brooke/Julian as a couple. Nate/Haley as a couple when they are together.
- We also see Brooke/Julian I wouldnt say struggle with parenthood, but the balance of a career and being parents. We also see how their choice to stay in Tree Hill has been on Julian's career.
- Mouth/Mille/Chase/Chuck/Skills are in the season
-Dan is back, he is staying at Haley/Nate's house. This causes some tension between Nate/Haley.
-Nate feels hurt that Haley let him in the house, and is letting him stay there.
-We will see James in a couple of episodes, but, they have Nate going to Europe for the agency because Clay develops a prescription drug problem and needs help.
-Quinn/Clay's story for the couple of episodes are the whole "Clay has a drug problem and wont get help"
-Julian is having issues finding work/investors.
-Victoria is not happy that Ted (Brooke's dad) is back and trying to be a part of Brooke's life. She only sees him coming back because Brooke has a new business.
-We will see Brooke interacting with her father, (We finally get to see the whole Davis family together) Victoria is not happy about it. Brooke sees it as a chance to get to know her father and her dad sees it as a chance to start a new business.
-Chris Keller is back (YES! Do not know if it is Tyler Hilton or not.) he is back to help Haley run Red Bedroom Records.
-Chris Keller interacts with Alex, Chase, Chuck, a girl named Tara, Haley and Brooke.
- There is also going to be a rival Cafe opening up, and that is going to cause some tension between the two cafes. Haley hires Dan to cook there, and people will not eat there.
-The whole Haley "taking" (she doesnt really take Dan's side, but that is how Nate sees it) really upsets Nate and they fight a lot about it.
-Haley is struggling with her choices, but she sees how happy Jamie is to have his grandfather with them.
-Nate feels as though she is lying to him about everything.
-Also, they are thinking about doing a story line with Jude or Davis being sick, not Lydia because she was not born prematurely. They don't know if they are gonna do that, they might have it where Julian forgets one of the babies in the car and the police and everything are around the car trying to get the baby out. This causes tension between Brooke and Julian.

Chad Murray and his fiancee, Kenzie Dalton, head home after visiting Pinz bowling alley on Sunday (June 26) in Studio City, Calif.
The 29-year-old One Tree Hill alum wore a dark tee and beanie hat and accessorized with a shark tooth necklace, while Kenzie wore a fun pair of earrings that featured sixteenth note charms and hoops.
Earlier in the month, Chad was photographed stepping out for the A Time for Heroes Celebrity Picnic. The star studded event helped raise money for the Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation.
Looks like filming for Season 9 will begin down in Wilmington on July 8th. This would mean the first episode should be filmed from July 8th through July 19th excluding weekends....

'One Tree Hill' confirmed for a ninth season Continue reading on Examiner.com 'One Tree Hill' confirmed for a ninth season - National TV Moms | Exami
Earlier today (June 26, 2011), Bethany Joy Gaelotti, TV mom Haley James Scott on One Tree Hill, tweeted that she had just received the script for season 9, episode 1 and provided a photo of the script. Considering that the series had completed season 8 without any cliffhangers and had left things in such a way that fans of the show wouldn’t be left feeling like they were robbed of a solid series end should the show not get renewed; getting a ninth season is a more than pleasant surprise.
Gaelotti’s tweet was also confirmed by the CW website that One Tree Hill would return in Spring 2012 for a ninth and final season.
How we left things in season 8:
- Haley and Brooke (Sophia Bush) reopened Karen’s café.
- The Scott family expanded to include baby Lydia, Nathan was embarking on the new adventure of becoming a sports agent, and Jamie was becoming more and more independent.
- After believing she would never have children of her own, Brooke and Julian (Austin Nichols) had twin boys and despite the scare of premature birth, both came through healthy.
- Millicent and Mouth began a morning show together.
- Season 8 ended with a feeling of coming full circle, with a nod to the show's start and history, as Jamie seemed to be stepping into Lucas' absent shoes. Scott’s Body Shop hoodie, basketball, and bridge included.
- Watch the season 8 finale
Looking forward to season 9:
- According to the CW website, we’ll be making another four year leap into the future at the return of season 9. Remember we made another four year jump at the start of the fifth season after the gang graduated high school.
- Season 8 ended with a content and happy Brooke and Julian, but how will they cope with juggling raising twins while also developing their careers?
- Will wedding bells be in the air this season for either Millie and Mouth or Clay and Quinn?
- Making a four year jump in the future, will we lose Jackson Brundage as Jamie Scott? Hopefully they’ll be able to make that work – it just wouldn’t be the same without him.
- How will the Scotts balance Nathan’s busy schedule with the café and two growing kids? Can’t wait to see Lydia at 4 years old.

James is featured along with Rob:
Where have you seen him? Robert Buckley has had a few TVseries under his belt starting with Fashion House, American Heiress, Lipstick Jungle and now One Tree Hill.
Why we love him? Killer smile and killer bod and GREAT actor – what more could you ask for?
Where can we see him next? Seems that he’s sticking with One Tree Hill for now but has appeared in a short entitled Z with Helena Barrett and Chris Coppola.
Where have you seen him? James Lafferty has been acting since he was six but he’s most known for his roles as Tad on Once and Again and Nathan Scott on One Tree Hill.
Why we love him? We’ve watched him grow up on One Tree Hill to one very fine and irresistible man as Nathan Scott. From the mean guy who started on the show opposite Chad Michael Murrey to the sensitive and manly guy he is now, James Lafferty has captured our hearts.
Where can we see him next? His 2011 release of The Legend of Hell’s Gate: An American Conspiracy out is out in selected theatres while he has Lost on Purpose and Sam currently in post and pre-production.

Sophia Bush graces the cover of Zooey magazine’s June/July 2011 issue.
Here’s what the 29-year-old actress had to share:
On always being passionate about activism: “It’s funny. As a kid, I asked my mom if I could start a beach clean up on Saturdays with my friends. She said, ‘Well, Sweetheart, I don’t think many six-year-olds are going to want to go to the beach and pick up trash on Saturday.’ But, I was very gung ho about the whole thing. Causes and social issues have always really registered with me.”
On doing the right thing: “I think I’ve always had a very clear idea of what’s right and wrong. And a very clear sense that we should always try to do the right thing, even when it’s not the easy thing. It’s something that I think baffled my parents at moments, but they’ve been really supportive, too. They’ve given me an excep tional education, from the time that I was a little girl.”

Zooey Magazine had the pleasure of working with actress Sophia Bush (“One Tree Hill”) who caught out attentions with her charitable works. Bush is not only a genuine beauty, but she is also a lovely person with a passionate drive to save humanity, the environment, and even animals. In this issue entitled the “Empowerment” issue, we have drawn to the conclusion that Bush is not only a fighter for the arts, she’s a fighter for all of us.
In her exclusive interview with Zooey Magazine, she talks to us about loving to do community service at an elementary age, discusses political issues, and frowns upon how there are more visitors on TMZ than CNN. Bush is only one woman, but hell, she’s making a difference worldwide already.

Chad Murray flashes a peace sign as he checks out the A Time for Heroes Celebrity Picnic at Wadsworth Theater on the Veteran Administration Lawn on Sunday (June 12) in Brentwood, Calif.
The 29-year-old actor showed support for the Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation at the event, which was sponsored by Disney.
Guests played old fashioned carnival games, munched on a banquet of food and rubbed shoulders with stars at the annual picnic.
Since its inception in 1990, A Time for Heroes has raised more than $32 million for a very good cause.
If you were to dream up a group of actors to band together and make an environmentally conscious, nature exploration show, I think it’s fair to assume that you would not expect those actors to be James Lafferty (“One Tree Hill”), Stephen Colletti (“One Tree Hill,” “Laguna Beach”) and Stuart Lafferty (“Death Sentence,” “One Tree Hill”).
The brothers Lafferty, Stephen and award-winning nature photographer and author Ian Shive star in a show called “Wild Life: A New Generation Of Wild,” that is all about bringing the wonders of the great outdoors to a new generation. The adventurous guys have captured exploits varying from Everglades exploration to swimming with manatees.
Hollywood Crush caught up with Ian recently to get the lowdown on their buzzworthy project and why the show is meaningful (and not just “Celebrities Gone Wild”).
“[This show is] about, ‘Let’s experience something through the eyes of people you recognize on TV, in an environment you’ve never seen them in before,” Ian explained of showcasing themselves in a non-egotistical manner. “It’s really about the experience of being outside.”
Ian went on to say that they thought long and hard about how to use James, Stephen and Stuart’s profiles in a way that didn’t open themselves up for online criticism.
“Four dudes outside is definitely a perfect meal for the internet snark,” he admitted. “We even joked around about it… The way you avoid that is by not being ridiculous about how you tell the story. A lot of reality programming overdramatizes and sensationalizes petty things,” he explained. “We’re not going to be out there like, ‘Oh my God, Stephen got bit by 64 mosquitoes! What do we do now, let’s go to the doctor!’ It doesn’t need to be that,” he said.
Ian added that their intent in creating the show is to be “the antithesis of reality programming,” and that they hope to take the show from the web to a primetime TV slot.
“We’ve had a lot of interest, and it looks good that we’re probably going to end up on TV,” Ian revealed, although they aren’t yet sure on which network the show might be broadcast. “The whole point is to reach a bigger audience and bridge barriers of what people think of the outdoors,” he said. “It’s lookin’ good.”
Chad Michael Murray chats with Access at the 22nd Annual Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation benefit. Why did he come out to support this event? Plus, will he be returning to “One Tree Hill” next season? Lastly, what else is Chad up to these days?

Sophia Bush opens up about planning a trip to Afghanistan in a blog post on for Marie Claire. The 28-year-old One Tree Hill star and her journalist friend, Karen Day, organized the week-long trip to visit troops and also meet with local ladies fighting for women’s rights in the region – but then Osama Bin Laden was killed.“As threat levels in Afghanistan skyrocketed, my plans to travel there hit a wall. One military worker explained it to me this way, ‘A 20-something brunette girl whose last name is Bush probably shouldn’t be heading into Kabul right now. If they think you’re the former President’s daughter, you’d make quite a target for them,’” she wrote. “The sentiment was unanimous: I should not travel into Afghanistan until the dust settles.“So, Karen and I hatched a new plan. She was still going – she had been there many times before and wouldn’t raise any suspicions by going back. And her passport doesn’t bear an unfortunate political surname, the way mine does. For the record, my dad is from Canada, and I am in no way related to President Bush.,” she added.By using Skype with Karen, Sophia will still “blog away, as planned. I’d just be doing it from the comfort of my office. So much for the combat boots.”Read Sophia’s full blog at MarieClaire.com!

We’ve all had the awkward sex talk with our parents. (If yours wasn’t awkward, go give your parents a hug right now, because they’re obviously magical.) Now, a new F-Cancer campaign encourages us to have an entirely different kind of awkward conversation with the ‘rents… and this time, it’s our turn to remind them to be safe.
“One Tree Hill” star Sophia Bush and “Entourage’s” Adrian Grenier took part in the campaign by sharing their awkward sex talk experiences — whether in the first grade or now. Bush talks about her childhood friend Bobby, who got way ahead of himself, and Grenier jokes about his mom’s concern for him after seeing Vince’s sexcapades on “Entourage.”
The point is, if mom and dad were tough enough to fight through the uncomfortableness and educate us, we owe them the same courtesy to remind them about early detection. In addition to Bush and Grenier, the campaign will include the cast of “The Buried Life,” Charlie Bewley, Hosea Chanchez, Deepak Chopra, Fran Drescher, Perez Hilton, Dan Levy, Terrell Owens, Pauley Perrette, Wilmer Valderrama, and Michael Winslow, among others.
You can even go to cancertalk.letsfcancer.com to get Fran Drescher or Michael Winslow to send personalized calls to your parents and relatives encouraging them to chat with you about cancer.

Ology loves TV. In fact, we love TV so much that when we came together to create a master list of our favorite television moments of the past year, we thought we’d try and film it: what happens when you lock Jack Moore, Terron R. Moore (no relation), Benny Gammerman, Emily Cheever, Matt Marquez, Sharon Tharp and Josh Harrison in a room to battle it out for television supremacy? The rules were simple: anything that aired from June of 2010 to May of 2011 was fair game, and only one episode per series. Simple, right? WRONG!
We couldn’t show you exactly what went down for so many legal reasons, but let’s just say there was a lot of screaming, some fist-fights, laughing, crying, some semi-offensive jokes, some completely offensive jokes, a bloody dagger, and a few surprise pregnancies. And we’re only exaggerating slightly. Ology’s 25 Best TV Episodes Of The Year is like our season finale of Being Awesome, and a thank-you to all of the readers for continuously clicking here every week to check us out. It wasn’t easy. It wasn’t pretty. But our final result is a hodgepodgy mish-mish of animation, drama, comedy, killing, reality, laughs, tears, psycho killers, vampires, gay kids, marriages, funerals, hookups, premieres, finales, and the OMG moments that made us obsessed with our favorite shows. And Glee.
Check out the first fifteen on our rockin’ list, and then make sure you head over to see The Top 10. Agree? Disagree? COMMENT!
