Examiner: ’The Vampire Diaries’: Paul Wesley steps out with ’One Tree Hill’ star

Although “The Vampire Diaries” and “One Tree Hill” may not be crossing over in any shape or form in the near future, that doesn’t mean that we are without some co-mingling among the show’s principal stars.

For evidence of that, all you have to do is see some of the new pictures from Just Jared of Paul Wesley taking in a movie on December 26 along with Torrey DeVitto. The two have a relationship that by and large is rather low-key, nearly to the point that you almost forget they are together until they step out yet again.

Both shows are currently on hiatus due to the holiday season, but will each return with some new installments beginning in 2011.
