According to On Location Vacations, One Tree Hill is filming at The Dixie Grill, 116 Market St, Wilmington, NC. It looks like two of the shows stars are scheduled to be in the scene though there is no word who it will be.

It was austin and kate filming at dixie grill. it was a short scene. they wasnt there long. austin an kate came out to take pictures with the fans. i will post later. both were suuuuper nice. austin is leaving tonight to go to ny he said.
